At Sovansca, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Our luxury perfumes are crafted with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

1. Order Cancellation

By You (Customer)

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Email us at contact@sovansca.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please use the Returns process instead.
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
Product is out of stock or discontinued
Pricing or product information error on the website
Suspected fraud or payment verification failure
Incomplete or undeliverable address provided
In all such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. This applies to all SÒVANSCA products — fragrances, jewellery, and accessories.

Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
The original invoice / proof of purchase must be included.
Fragrance bottles that have been opened or sprayed cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Jewellery and accessories must be unworn and free of any damage caused after delivery.
Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used fragrances
Products without original packaging, seals, or tags
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
Gift cards or promotional items
Customised or personalised products

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email contact@sovansca.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
Step 3: Wait for a Return Authorisation (RA) confirmation from us before shipping anything back.
Step 4: Once authorised, securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship to the address we provide.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where a defective or wrong item was delivered.

3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email contact@sovansca.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for us to process the claim.
We will arrange a free return pick-up at no cost to you.
Once inspected, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
Claims for defective or wrong items reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you within 2 business days whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Online Payment Orders (Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)

Refund is credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong item returns.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders are processed via NEFT bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank account details (account number and IFSC code). The refund will be transferred within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return following the process above and place a fresh order for the item you want. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory availability.
