At SÒVANSCA, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. All refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method.3.1 Order Cancellation
By Customer:- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- To cancel, email contact@sovansca.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns process below.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failures, or suspected fraud.
- In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3.2 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The original invoice must be included with the return.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
- Fragrance products that have been sprayed or tested are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Email contact@sovansca.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product and packaging.
- Do not ship the product until you receive a Return Authorisation confirmation from us.
- Once authorised, ship the product to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong items received.
3.3 Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sovansca.com with your order number and clear photographs. In such cases, SÒVANSCA will arrange a free return pick-up and provide either a replacement or a full refund.3.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:- Opened or used fragrances
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items returned after 7 days from the delivery date
3.5 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection within 2 business days.- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or wrong items).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT/bank transfer within 10–15 business days. You will be asked to provide your bank account details.
3.6 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (as above) and place a new order for the desired item.4. Shipping Policy
4.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order and a dispatch notification with a tracking number once the order is shipped.4.2 Domestic Shipping (India)
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
4.3 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website or by contacting us at contact@sovansca.com.4.4 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before re-dispatch. SÒVANSCA is not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.4.5 Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@sovansca.com with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and provide a resolution (replacement or refund) within 7 business days.5. Cookie Policy
